Pattern Making.
The pattern making process begins with a design handover where we will discuss your vision for the garment as well as any technical specifications. Patterns are completed using the Gerber Accumark™ digital system ensuring speed and accuracy and facilitating a smooth sampling process.
Consulting.
Joy can advise on cost effective measures to ensure a streamlined production process. A helping hand on your journey Joy is experienced in developing best practice techniques for pattern rooms, developing spec sheets for offshore production and assisting in the fitting stage.
Pattern Grading.
Once the final sample has been approved and all relevant amendments have been made to the base pattern it can then be graded across multiple sizes ready for production. We can provide printed size sets for every graded pattern produced.
Tailoring
Offering a made to measure service. We are able to produce fully bespoke and unique pieces from modern daywear, suit, occasion wear and that once in a lifetime showstopper. We can discuss your requirements with no obligation and produce a garment guaranteed to turn heads.
New Label Block Making.
Starting a new label is all about establishing the right foundations for future success. Block making is a primary pattern fit produced for consistency across a range. A block can be thought of as a ‘parent’ style - it’s children being the variations created from this primary pattern.

With over 15 years working for some of the world’s biggest luxury fashion brands Joy brings a wealth of practical industry knowledge. Using both industry standard pattern making software (Gerber Accumark™) as well as traditional methods, Joy can take your knowledge to the next level.
